I want to see if this place lives up to what people say it is. And if it does, maybe I can relax a little bit, which I definitely need to do!

I have a couple of friends who live in various parts of California and I think when I go to Vegas I’ll rent a car and head out there.

I never thought I’d be saying I wanted to go here, but lately I’ve been drawn to the place. All of these good things seem to be coming out of Sweden and I’d really like to study their government and political system. My last history teacher who’s brother couldn’t enter the country from Iran, went to Sweden and said it’s as close to the U.S. as you can get but almost better.

Not to mention I am of Swedish descent and still have relatives living in the country. It would be nice to some day meet them.

I’ve been here a gazillion times on my way through to New York City and with the exception of the time they lost my luggage, I’ve never really explored the city.

I’ve always wanted to go here; I don’t think I will though until I learn the language. I guess I better hurry up since it’s kinda hard to grasp.

I had a chance to go before and after Katrina, and I didn’t get to go either time. :(

First, my friend and I were supposed to go as a mini-senior road trip and then this past spring I was going to go down and help clean up, but I couldn’t cause of work.

I definitely want to make it down in the next couple of years and make a Southern vacation out of it and go to all the surrounding states.

I’ve wanted to go to Vegas for a long time and I swear if I don’t get to see either Wayne Newton or Tom Jones perform I will die. haha I’m serious. Plus it’s one of the tackiest places in the country and I love tackiness.
I missed out on going once this year already cause of finals and now it looks my other friend and I will have to put this off until November…bleh! Although I’d really like to make it out to Vegoose for Halloween. That would be a lot of fun.
