The title means ‘Exchange’ in German, which is what I’m doing this summer… June 19th I leave Las Vegas on Lufthansa, non stop to Frankfurt, change over to Berlin, a few days puttering around there, taking a train to Prague, puttering there for a few days, train to Vienna, putter around, bus to Salzburg, spend a day, go to Burghausen, a tiny little town on the border of Germany-Austria (on the German side), exchange for two weeks, then to Munich and leaving.
3 months. Scary. It used to be 10…
