Worth visiting!

A review of this place

As I live just round the corner I spend most of my summer evenings out here! It was redeveloped around 2002 – before that it had a rather bad reputation as a cruising ground, but not any more. The square is now very relaxed, with a fountain that jumps up and down like the ones at Somerset House, a cafe (unfortunately not open after 6.00!), nice flowerbeds and trees, and lots of green space for lying around reading or picnicking. Highly recommended.

A review of this place

Wonderful island. Quite hard to get to but well worth it! If you can, try to stay over because after about 6.00 all the day trippers go home and the beaches are very empty.
