Everytime I went to Tokyo, I was always so darn busy, I couldn’t enjoy it. I know there were beautiful things to see, and amazing things to do; I just never got to do or see much of them. I did get lost on the subway once – that was AWESOME. Some British guy helped me find my way back into the city (my Japanese was pretty crappy back then, and couldn’t read). My brother and I are planning to go to Tokyo (re: all over Japan) after a while – but I don’t know what we’re going to do. I definitely want to see more of Japan than a few weeks will alow me to see; so I guess that means being famous, being a bum, or getting a job. Damn. Just when I was enjoying the lazy life of the unpublished writer.

I was in Bootcamp. My opinion doesn’t count.

My best-friend when I was younger (we’re talking 14 years) lived here. I’d like to find out what happened to him. We just sort of drifted apart; because we lived in different states after we got older. And I say that Gaffney’s Worth Visiting only because Benjamen’s house was Worth Visiting. They had horses and a goat and ten gazillion cats and motorcycles and wide open spaces and a train set. It rocked. Gaffney might be a hole in the world; but Benjamen’s house was where it’s at.

I graduated High School in Texas – but don’t let that fool you. I only lived there one year. I enjoyed it though. I lived in this teeny-tiny little hick town called Farmersville. It was great.
I’d like to go back.

I was so ovewhelmed with new military duties when I was here, I didn’t see much. The nightlife in Memphis was great; but overall, I only really want to go back because I just feel like I missed something. It may actually be worth visiting; just not based on my limited experience.

I had a lot of fun in Nevada; but the excess in most of these cities is a little – well – excessive. I don’t know how to describe it. Maybe it’s like the Marketing is on overdrive here. If you go to Nevada, I think you will have a great time; but when you leave – I don’t think it will be difficult.
And don’t miss Tahoe.

I really like it here in Florida; but I’m ready to move on. I don’t know what’s next; but there has to be something.

I miss Japan. I really liked it there.
