you know i can!

i watched the original bbc series of ‘pride and prejudice’. it was visually perfect – and yes, i can imagine lizzie and mr. darcy walking down that path in pemberley!

i would love to have the gift of gab. maybe i can persuade people into actually paying for my trip here, hehe.

that the trip itself is absolutely fantastic, a seven-day journey of natural beauty. damn, i’m up for being sponsored!

definitely worth your time. the objects and inventions on display are amazing!

of course, the jewels on display (star of bombay) were quite beautiful too. =D

went here some years back. love the boardwalk. =) gamblers were pretty fun to watch too. back then i wasn’t legal so i couldn’t try it out. =P

i admit that i’m no great lover of heights, what with san francisco’s roads, but this is a fantastic city, full of life.

i want to go back!

although it’s become highly commercialized and crammed with people, that seems to be the boracay that people want these days.

i don’t mind that. but i miss my earlier boracay experiences with no bars, no clubbing, just enjoying the white sand and the pristine waters.

we went to vancouver around 1989, and i splashed in the public water fountain along with all the other children.

when my parents and older sister went off to see the love boat, my brother and i refused to go, ostensibly being children. we wanted to play with our friends at their house. i think it is safe to say that i now regret the decision, hehe.

next up, prince edward island!

i was here for a peace conference last year, and the beauty of this country is breathtaking. that, and the fresh sea breeze from sydney.

queensland is a beautiful city. gold coast was definitely worth the trip.

i am definitely coming back here.
