Probably one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, and believe me, that review means something. If you ever have the chance, just go here, and its really easy to get to.

Great Camping, I have always found a spot, you can walk in at basically any hour of the day or night. they have fire pits and tables, along with running water for almost every campground, as well as several restrooms throughout the park. wonderful place to stop for the night.

Really great breakfast place with reasonable prices.
I personally enjoy the “The Price is right, Ma” omelet.

Go down Grass Valley Road. Continue on Grass Valley Road through Deer Lodge Park until it ends at Hwy 173. Turn left at Hwy 173, away from Lake Arrowhead, and continue for about one mile to the Rock Camp Station (Where the Serrano Indian use to live) which is on the right. The Rock Camp trail begins immediately east of Rock Camp Station.

There are lots of walking trails in the woods they own which are somewhat scenic. It’s definitly something neat to do on a lazy lake Arrowhead afternoon.

The Highway out there has been washed out for about the last 3 years, so you have to take Grass Valley Rd. to a lower part of the 173 (look at a map and see where both meet) anywho, just drive north (or away from Lake Arrowhead, or Left when coming off of Grass Valley Rd).
-You can just drive (a very nice, scenic drive) till the road turns to dirt a few miles after the shooting range
OR
- if you want to hike up to them (I would suggest looking more into trail locations and being somewhat experienced with day hikes before hiking all the way to the top of the pinnacles) drive till you get to the shooting range and park.
hike along the road to the trailhead at the entrance to the rifle range. The trail has posts (“trail” with an arrow) at points where there may be indecision about the route.
Follow the maintained trail (an old road) generally northwest to where it drops down to a grassy area with two Coulter pine trees. Just past this point a prominent wash, coming down the slope from the right, crosses the trail.
Turn right (north) and go up this wash, keeping to the right where it forks, and following a fairly prominent use trail to a shallow saddle just west of bump 5078’.
Follow the trail northwest up a gully to the flat area just southeast of the summit.
Continue on the trail up to the base of the summit and follow a ducked route through the rocks to the summit.
