I drove mostly around the south west with my boyfriend… the most romantic trip I’ve ever taken! I recommend Ballinacourty house in the Glen of Aherlow, and the GPA Bolton Library in Cashel. People are so friendly and trusting, traveling there is so safe and amazing. The ring of Kerry is worth it if you do it opposite of the rest of the tourists. Make sure you stop at the beaches. The graveyards are beautiful, the pubs are comfortable, the sweaters are expensive! See the Aran Islands and stay in Doolin, in county Clare. The best live Irish music you’ll hear!

It has it all: jungles, cities, beaches, ruins, giant cave spiders… The wildlife is abundant and protected, and the dollar is fixed 1/2 to ours. People are so, so, SO nice. Kaye Caulker is a better choice than Ambergris, it’s quieter, more relaxing. You won’t get run over by golf carts. Jaguar Reef is an amazing jungle lodge with lots of exotic pets hanging around, and trustworthy guides. But there’s only one place to eat - there at your lodge in the middle of the jungle - and it gets expensive.

Friggin awesome. The most laid back place in the US. The end of the road. A place with pink taxis and botanical gardens and dying reefs. See it before it’s gone!

Bisbee is my favorite little town! The deserts are gorgeous.

The coast is the most amazing place! Also, Crater Lake will astound.

I went pre-9-11. Spent a whole day in the natural history museum, saw John Lennon stuff, rocked out with polar bears in Central Park. The public library and grand central station are beautiful. Villiage Vanguard is the hottest club. Off broadway shows are a steal!

Vancouver, especially Grenville Island, and Victoria are some of my favorite places on the planet. And Whistler is the best ski area this side of the world.

Went camping above the arctic circle, and couldn’t sleep! Sun shining too brightly. The bigness and wilderness of it will engulf you. So will the mosquitos. But it’s a really amazing place.
