i fell completely in love with this little town. when you walk through the streets, the mountains are just over the rooftops, and there is no shortage of great restaurants, art and shopping, friendly people, and cozy, charming places to hang out and read or talk or just stare at the scenery.

as someone who loves to cook, the kitchen in this place was magnificent. put on your walking shoes. the estate is huge! i loved it, though, and would go back in a heartbeat.

it’s a charming little place, although they seem to have very strict rules about certain things, as i recall.

Their shrimp and grits are to die for! Order the sweet tea, get some tupelo honey with your biscuits, and you’re set.
