My husband, his folks, and myself were shouting, whistling, etc. to hear the echo. My husband wanted to find an outhouse, and as he turned to walk away, he farted. The echo was like a pistol shot! My father-in-law, who is hard of hearing, asked what that noise was. When I told him, he almost fell down laughing!
over 6 years agoIf you go, don’t plan on swimming in the pool, as they don’t have one. They DO have two hot tubs, one has a waterfall over rocks, which is really pretty. BOTH are hotter than all get out! I barely got in, and had to get right back out. I don’t take baths that hot!
The food is great. Be sure and get your order in before 9pm at the Fireplace grill, as they close at 9:30, but the casino is open all night. There are 2 other places in there to get food. Last year, they had a gift shop, but it is closed now.
over 6 years agoWe turned off on the wrong road, and took a back way in to Matsqui, which was only 20 miles in. We didn’t try to skip out on the entrance, just a queer goof.
