Los Angeles, Los Angeles County

Untitled

I know from living here that Los Angeles is similar to New York City: Prohibitively expensive if you’re not making a great deal of money and depressing if you think it’s anything like you see on TV. There is so much to see though from the galleries of NoHo to the gay clubs of WeHo…L.A. is a once in a lifetime experience. Frighteningly large and frighteningly cutthroat in its mentality. I’m more of a Midwestern type myself but Los Angeles is certainly worth a visit to say you experienced a true superficial, mentally-deranged, glossy, glittery and equally gritty and dirty fame-obsessed metropolis.

Nashville, Tennessee

Nashville: Down home Southern charm infused with country/gospel!

Nashville has the best people a city can ask for. Everyone is friendly and full of Southern hospitality! There is a considerable difference from visiting a city like Nashville and visiting a city in the Northern hemisphere and that is the quality and compassion of the personalities you will encounter.

Nashville also surprisingly has a lot to do beyond the country and gospel scene. There’s a lot of bars and nightclubs and many areas are being revitalized into some pretty upscale, bohemian and artsy districts.

Miami, Florida

Miami: The New L.A.

Miami has awesome nightlife, nice beaches and gorgeous people. Crime in areas is bad but Miami is definitely a fun place!
