I try and go to as many art museums as possible when i travel. i went to the MFA 2 out of the 4 days i was in boston… the first day i was there, i saw an Egyptian sculpture that i had only seen in books and i was in awe- i think the security guard thought i was crazy because i stood and stared at every angle and smiled…
their Asian art collection is also amazing and well worth the visit if you’re into that!
over 5 years agoI used to live in Christchurch, an American abroad, and I absolutely fell in love with the Globe- delicious flat whites and a salmon benedict to die for. I miss it!
over 5 years agoMy mom has had a pen pal from Townsville since she was 15 years old. When I was 15 or so, I was lucky enough to go and visit this friend.
