Quepos/Manuel Antonio National Park, Costa Rica

Meh..not my thing.

I didn’t really like Quepos and Manual Antonio. They were both waaaaay too tourist-y for me and Quepos was dirty and we were told not to swim there because the water is nasty around there. Manuel Antonio’s beach looked pretty but again, too many friggin people! Not worth it.

Costa Rica, Central America And The Caribbean

Costa Rica is absolutely amazing

I totally fell in love with this country! The people are friendly, laidback, and charming. The land is beautiful. The food is tasty. The weather is nice most of the time, but we were on the Pacific coast (in Jaco) and the humidity at times was overbearing! But that comes with a tropical climate right on the ocean! You should definitely visit Costa Rica, and especially the little surf town of Jaco..love love love it!

Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado

BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I go here almost every summer, and I love it each time. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. The wildlife can be seen everywhere. One of my favorite places ever. In 2003, my family and I were stranded on one of the mountains for 6 hours because our van’s CV joint got all screwy. We were far up on Old Fall River Road, which is a one-way road (with no side rails or anything) up to the Visitor’s Center. That was an interesting situation but worth it. We were stranded on one of the prettiest parts of the mountain.
