I hiked down to the bottom of the canyon. There were stairs… lots and lots of stairs to the bottom. I hate to keep using the same word, but when I think of Australia the word “magical” is the best fit. I long for the day when I can return.

I lived in the business district across from Hyde Park for a year. I want to go back and live the rest of my life in Australia. What a wonderful place.

I lived in Wellington for a year and a friend of mine took me on the crossing. We spent three days hiking the volcanos and staying in the huts. What a magical place! I miss New Zealand terribly and all the wonderful people I met while living there.

New Zealand is one of the most beautiful places on the planet! Also check out Mirror Lake when you’re there and make sure you hike up on the glacier.
