From my house to Detroit, took about 15mins. All we had to do was drive over a bridge! Detroit is only fun when you live in Windsor, Canada! I loved the Detroit Zoo and the Science Centre .. oh and Sunset Boulevard for shopping :)

Just came home Nov 25. Shanghai ROCKS! Wish I could work and live there .. own an apartment .. make a foreign salary .. and travel back and forth to Vancouver.

Where I grew up and where my parents still live.

Windsor = Car Plants, Bingos, Bars and the Casino.

Blah!

No matter where I go .. i miss home.

I never stay long enough.

Taipei is a great mosaic of east meets west. You wouldn’t think of it but they have the nicest cafes and tea houses. For the enthusiasts theres always the Night Markets, KTV, Hot Springs and food, food, and more food!

When I’m traveling and people ask me where I’m from I always say Vancouver .. but the real truth is I live in Coquitlam!

I spend 45mins each way commuting on the skytrain to downtown Vancouver. That doesn’t sound so bad until you’re packed into a sardine can with some pretty grouchy people and some days you don’t even get a seat!!

I need to move to Vancouver!
