...and it was my local. I’m a lucky man. It’s great in here, there’s no denying it. Pub quiz, good beer, friendly & chatty atmosphere without getting unpleasant, all sorts. A winner.

Great staff, nice atmosphere, students nights well marked out, pub quiz, pool table, table football, guest ales. It doesn’t get any better.

The vast multitude of foreign tourists (greater than any man can count) aside, it’s a great city, with a very famous Cathedral.

Apparently these entries need more than just a title.

There’s a not great closed ABC cinema opposite Gala Bingo…apart from that little gem it’s all downhill.

The one redeeming feature is my old local, the Old Ash Tree. Awesome pub.
