Despite being a Marylander, the commonwealth of PA is privy to a few bucks a year of mine as my friends and I stop at Pat’s King of Steaks on the corner of 9th and Passyunk every time we head to Atlantic City. It’s a ritual I hope to continue indefinitely. Sometimes I’ve even been known not the eat the night before so I can double up on the “provy wit.”

Oh… Don’t waste your time at Gino’s. :)
