It is a real pity that such beautiful nature is filled with such an ugly city. The tax-free status of Andorra attracts hundreds of duty-free style shops to the cities. Andorra de Vella seems like a giant outdoor airport terminal. If you want to buy tax free perfume, electronics, booze or cigarettes then you will be happy. Just be aware that there is nothing else to do other than shop.

If you go outside the cities then you can find some spectacular nature. There is skiing and hiking in the mountains and the views are excellent.

Still I can’t recommend the place – you can see beautiful mountains anywhere.

picturesque cathedral and busy shopping district. walked down by the danube – lovely scenery. Great priced hostels and fun nightlife.

this place was a little gem. Stayed in a cool small hotel – checked out the nightlife and ate pizza. It was a surprise since I didn’t expect much.

just stopped through the city – the guys I traveled with didn’t want to stay the night. I want to go back and stay for a few days to really get to know the place. It was hard finding a decent hostel – such a shame.

1 litre beers in enormous gardens, pretzels, lederhosen and a magnificent english garden (park). This city has something for everyone. Architecture is great (the gothic church in Marienplatz).

incredible city and amazing fortress. Full of young tourists throughout the windy narrow streets. Loved this place.

Absolutely lovely city – culture, history, art and music. You can feel the wealth throughout the city. One of my favourite places. I will go back when I am a bit older. I didn’t find much of a youth nightlife.

Worth only one full day

this was a beautiful city with beautiful women. Too bad I had to hurry through – I will go back sometime. Only thing bad is it is very expensive to eat and drink.

drove through Liechtenstein on the way to Switzerland. Got a stamp in my passport (1.50 at the post office) had to rush there before if closed. Pretty cool small country with cows and sheep in peoples yards.
