I want to visit my son who is working for the California Conservation Corps before his job is over.

I’ll be at the Redskins game on Sunday. Keep your fingers crossed for good weather and one of those rare Redskins wins (haha). It would make my husband so happy! He’s never been to a home game and he is beside himself.

I went to high school here, and graduated in 1986. A lot of firsts were accomplished here – my first boyfriend, car, apartment, son… I went back to visit a few years ago and it has changed so much. One thing that will always be the same is “my” mountain – the Superstitions are part of my heart.

We really enjoyed Halifax – lots to see and do, and a great city for walking. The Citadel was especially interesting, as was Pier 21. I’d love to go back!

Did I spell that right? Just got back from our 5-day cruise, and we really liked St John. It’s small enough to feel really comfortable, and the people are great! The bagpiper playing as we pulled away from the pier made me cry.

Just a few more days and I can mark this one “I’ve been here!”
