My what big trees you have...

Loved hiking the different groves and enjoying the sense of immense age you get when wandering between the behemoths of the forest.

Zion National Park

Slot Canyons here I come

I am used to a much different scenery than what I saw in Zion National Park. Being from the Northwest, green is a color I expect to see in a park. Even so, this scenery rivaled the grandest views I have seen. I drank in all the rock formations, views, slot canyons, and waterfalls and still did not get enough. I was impressed by the transportation system and variety of trails available. I recommend Angel Point. Strenuous and not for those scared of heights, but best view of park.

Glacier National Park

Worth visiting!

Some of the best views I've seen

Heavenly. If you are one of those people that stand at a vista with aching heart, this is the place for you. From short trips that take in Going to the Sun Road and the rugged skyline to long trips that drink in alpine lakes, green meadows besides rushing streams, this park is a item of the lifes todo list. I’ve been twice and hope to go back many times. I’ve backpacked through Gunsight Pass and reveled in the wildlife and the solitude. I’ve spend days exploring every day hike I could and still did not get enough. I highly recommend Skyline Trail.
