You can’t describe it. It must be experienced.

Try the quesadillas at the (family-friendly) biker bar – I believe it’s called Dam Site. Food is quite good.

Worth driving past. There’s a gift shop inside, and not much else.

Went down for some family history stuff (southern WV – around Bluefield). Was not expecting it to be so beautiful. The people in towns are really friendly, in that true Southern Hospitality way – not sure about the backwoods…

Drove through in June, 2000. Woke up to Salt Lake City at sunset – I’ll never forget that. So beautiful.

It’s an hour north of I-80, just outside the tiny town of Alliance. It’s the only thing worth visiting in Nebraska. But it’s Carhenge. You either want to go, or you don’t, and if you do, you won’t be disappointed.
