The Social, Orlando

Untitled

Aside from all of the wonderful music I’ve heard here, I can finally define my favorite venue: small, smoky, laid back, with the band and the bar the same distance from you if you stand in the middle of the room (which is, by the way, a nice place to be).

Mall Of America, Bloomington

Untitled

Considering the other places I have on my list to visit, this looks a little mundane. Sure, it doesn’t have a whole lot of history and it doesn’t seem to be visually impressive per say, but it seems like such an American place, you know? A gargantuan hub of capitalism and consumerism with a theme park inside? Yeah, I have to see that.
