not quite what I expected/ heard about. perhaps seen too many chinese temples in South Asia, or went there with high expectations.

or perhaps it was because of too many visitors/ tourists that day.

I was disappointed to see huge signs like “BAN CHINESE GOODS”, “down with chinese” etc. Fine, live in our land but don’t misuse what’s given to you. We live in a Democracy but that does’nt mean you spread hatred against a neighbor (whatever their leanings/ policies).

Also, could not get tibetian food anywhere, it being Christmas day. only beef momos were available in one restaurant ;-(

Have seen pictures and have heard a lot about the struggle of Tibetian people in trying to make a place for themselves in this adopted home, would really like to visit there.
