A tip I have about this place
Google maps has very poor indexing of locations for Belgium (as at Sep 2006). Many streets that show up on the map are not returned in searches. Few businesses seem to have an entry.
No matter – it’s easy to get around on foot, by subway or tram, and by train. Food (and Beer!) is excellent and cheap, relatively speaking, though the culture of restaurant service is probably not what most North Americans are accustomed to.
