I went to Whitby a few years ago for Whitby Gothic Weekend X. The small town was packed full of goths, and I spent a pleasant weekend wandering around the area (if you go, you simply MUST visit the abbey) and attending the WGWX festival. Good time, although I think it might be a little boring if you were there with nothing in particular to do.

I went to London for a weekend for my 21st birthday. I had a good time, but two days is NOT enough time if you want to visit London. Next time I’ll be going for a week, at least. Nonetheless, London is one of those places you HAVE to visit, simply because there’s so much to see and do there.

I’ve only been to Lanzarote once, and I’m dying to go back. The island was beautiful, and the seas surrounding it were to die for. I want to visit it again and again, this the place I want to retire to.
