I’m thinking about moving here in the near future. It’s closer to my parents and the city sounds like it’s growing well. Is it?

Great camping & bike trails! Beautiful beach across the street, great place to watch the sun set.

My dad owned a Cessna when I was a kid and we would fly to Oshkosh all the time. Pitch the tent under the wing and go check out all the planes. I remember very little but my parents took enough pics and they really enjoyed it.

After visiting Maui for 5 days we then flew to Oahu for 2 days (05/02).
It was concrete island, compared to Maui.
Our hotel was in Waikiki

-Great shopping
-LOVED the beach and the warm, calm, clear water
-saw Pearl Harbor

Day 1:
- Submarine (we did this instead of snorkeling cuz i don’t snorkel)
-Shopping in Lahaina

Day 2:
-Maui Downhill (38 miles, only 400 yards of pedaling) from the top of Haleakala to the beach in Paia
-Luau (poi is nasty!)

Day 3:
-Road to Hana (A limo bus drove us around the base of Haleakala. That’s one crazy road. It took all day.)

Day 4:
-Helicopter tour over West Maui Mountains (spectacular!)
-Iao Valley
-Maui Tropical Plantation
-Maui Ocean Center

Day 5:
-Drove up the west coast to Kapalua (rich side, where celebs & such stay)
-Drove down the south coast to Makena (sunny side, saw the last eruption from Haleakala which was about 200 years ago)

We did sooooo much in 5 days. We saw most of the island. I want to go back soooo bad.

-Columbus

Visited a friend going to school there, 07/02.
It was hot, we walked til our feet blistered but I LOVED downtown.
Hope to go back.

I was a kid when I went but I remember walking through downtown Charleston and loving it. Also, went to Myrtle Beach.
I’d love to go back now.

-Went to Rochester Adams High (Madonna went there! cheesy, I know)
-Love going camping up north
-Love going to Greektown
-Love the seasons
-Love the Red Wings
-Love living near Lake St. Clair

Lately though, I have been thinking about moving south…mostly to be closer to my parents.
