been here a few times and just LOVE it. absolutely beautiful views all around.
things to watch out for: crazy drivers along the Auto Road, whipping winds at the summit, frigid temperatures year-round, popping eardrums (due to the altitude…drives me nuts). oh, and make sure you go up on a sunny day…or you won’t get to enjoy the view (you’re up above much of the clouds).

over 6 years agoI’ve been here twice. Both times were with my family — once when I was around 9 or 10, the second when I was about 14. Although we tried to see absolutely everything there was, it was just impossible. I can’t wait to go back now that I am an adult, to see all the things I missed, and all the things I was unable to as a child. Also, my boyfriend has never been, and I want so much for him to experience this at least once.
