I’ve heard this is the burger chain that’s popular in Cali.

Toccoa Falls is so awesome.

Was a bit cloudy the only time I was there and I didn’t get to go to the Manitou islands, but the mainland section of the lakeshore was pretty neat. Tried my hand at the dune climb and couldn’t make it up to the top. (out-of-shape much? lol)

I was literally the only customer there when I went a couple weeks ago, so I guess it either hasn’t caught on yet or I just went at a dead time.

Cucumber Falls is prettier than the actual Ohiopyle Falls. Look for the parking area on Kentuck Road.

Lived here for 26 years. Moved out before Katrina. Crowded, just like the other cities on the north shore.

Have been to Roanoke a couple times while driving the Blue Ridge Parkway and can’t say I’m vastly impressed with it.

The Absecon lighthouse & Lucy (in Margate City) were the only worthwhile things to see in AC in the only time I’ve been there. Didn’t get to go on the boardwalk, tho.

Went there to see Cedar Falls, which was dried up when I was there, but I’ve seen pictures of it when there was water flowing and it’s nice.

Saw the Saints play the Falcons here in ‘02. An easy thing to do in terms of getting there if you’re driving is to park on the outskirts of Atlanta (somewhere near the I-285 loop) and take a MARTA train into downtown.
