Sure it is worth visiting, there are great little places to be found..just don’t venture down the wrong block..and walking after dark is taking your life into your hands.

Sleeping Giant State Park, Hamden

Sleeping Giant is a pretty dynamic state park for Connecticut. There are some great hiking trails- nice views off the chin of the giant across to New Haven and even the Long Island Sound on a clear day.
