This is the biggest slum in Bangkok. Where I was fortunate enough to spend a few months as a volunteer for the Human Development Foundation. The place changed my perspective of life, people who have nothing but still manage to find joy in everyday life.

this might be a nice place to go. Otherwise it is just expensive and gives a really bad impression of Bangkok.

When I lived in Bangkok we used to go buy every other month and sit and laugh at tourists.

if you want to travel in Europe on the cheap. Sure some flights leave from Luton but nothing compared to from here. Easyjet and Ryanair heaven, a few other small airliens fly from here and they are all low-cost.

The terminal is actually quite nice even though things are quite chaotic at times…

Haven’t really been back for some time now, but it is a really nice little town.
