A great town with wonderful people. The cliffs of Moher are breathtaking. A good place to have an authentic Irish experience. I even have a scar to prove the good time I had here!

My all-time favorite city. I wish I could’ve seen it before the tourists outweighed the locals…whenever that was.

Ahh, home. Like any city, it has its bright and dark sides. The architecture is a direct gateway (no pun intended) to the past – so that’s fun. As long as you avoid some distinct parts of the county, the people are some of the best in the U.S. I’m too much of a snob to give away all my favorite places, but I’ll squeeze out a few for disenchanted visitors and St. Louisans who need a reminder of how great it is. All the locations can be Googled. Crown Candy, Laumeier Park, Mai Lee (Vietnamese food), Soulard Farmers Market, Kirkwood train station, Left Bank Books (and the Central West End in general), the City Museum, Forest Park, Vintage Vinyl (and the Delmar Loop in general), most Italian restaurants on The Hill. See, if I can offer you that many great things to do in STL while still withholding the cream of the crop, this must be a fantastic city! I miss it.
