what is it like to live there?
I work at home and can pretty much live anywhere. My life and small child (1.5) currently live in the SF bay area. We’re getting brutalized by the housing prices and would like to live somewhere less expensive. My wish lists (and they are wishes) are good schools, liberal culture, affordable housing, low crime, and good weather. How many of these criteria would CC meet?
My wife is from Marblehead and wants to live in NE. I’ve done a little bit of research and keep coming across CC. People go there for vacations, but what is it like to live there? If anyone can offer insight, I’d appreciate it.
