I grew up in Prairie Village and lived there until I left home. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to go there unless you have family or friends to visit. It isn’t a bad place to live, though, except for the weather.

I lived in Berkeley for 3 years 1970-73. The first day I was there they had a demonstration on Telegraph Avenue to welcome me. Well, maybe it wasn’t really to welcome me ….

I highly recommend that anyone who wants to experience more joy and accomplishment in your life take a workshop in the Seattle area called Leap of Faith. I lived in the Seattle area for 28 years before moving to Santa Fe. I still love it and lots of people there. It was just time for me to move on – plus I wanted to get away from the winter weather.
