i can’t wait!!!!! i’ll be in Paris for a day in February on our school trip. we’ll be going to Disneyland but afterwards i really want to explore the city and test my french out with some of the locals parce que j’adore parler en francais! i want to get a black and white picture of myself with a baguette outside a traditional boulangerie and of course le tour d’eiffel!!!

i was only about 4 and i don’t remember much. it was early 90s so i can kinda remember the atmosphere, it was quite nice. you wouldn’t expect a 4 year old to acknowledge the atmosphere of all things but when i thing of how things are now, it was way different, but in a good way. kinda like being in a welsh eastenders, lol! i remember the boat trip and a plane trip and i stayed in a b&b with my mam and we had egg and cress sandwiches and buttered toast and we went to M&S and i got this childrens magazine which showed me how to say hello in all different languages. oh and i remember being in the park eating a donut and this peacock came along and just took it off me and i went over to some stranger and complained to her for a few minutes until my mam took me away

when i used to be a big ER addict, i always wanted to move here. I always imagined it as a mini New York, perfect for me! but infact i don’t know much about it but seeing as it’s in America i’m guessing everyone here would be nice and friendly and i could get coffee every morning and jog in the snow (it does snow a fair bit doesn’t it?)

OMG, can you believe that the day we went here i actually forgot my camera!!! hehe, ironic isn’t it? it’s possibly the most architecturally influential place on the planet what with the birth of the renaissance and everything but i did manage to buy a few postcards and i also bought some cool shades as the sun was absolutely BLINDING that day!!!

I went on a student exchange in 3rd year and i stayed in Bologna with a host family. They were really nice (as was everyone else there). The town is amazing, stunning architecture, the food is delizioso and the people are the most warm hearted you’ll meet. I’d definately go again!!! I’ll get some pics up of my trip soon enough :)
