I’ve been keeping up with Miho Hatori’s work and collaborations since the breakup of Cibo Matto, so bought tickets right away when I heard that she was coming to Seattle.
She did not disappoint. She played a great show, and it was neat to take a peak inside her thought process.

As far as coffee shops go, this one’s pretty average, but it’s only competition in Bonney Lake is Starbuck’s, and it’s much better than that. Free internet.

When I first went to Western, I was trying to decide what university to go to. I was in my senior year of high school, and was busier that hell. When I went to Bellingham, it was a sunny warm April day, and everyone was outside playing! It was so cool. I decided to go to Western, and didn’t regret it. Beautiful campus and a great town. Don’t let people tell you that there’s nothing to do in Bellingham. Those people never left campus.
