Tawang is definitely one of the best places in the Himalayas. Having the biggest Buddhist monastry of India, it’s a lovely place for the nature lovers. You’ll also find the world’s biggest Orchid’s sanctuary enroute Tawang. Most of the people (especially tourists) don’t know much about this nature’s paradise. But, it’s really a worth visiting place. And yes, if you have a plan do not miss a chance to trek around the Gorichen peaks.

Well, in 2004, I stayed in Leh city and visited all the places around it for 3 months. And the sum is that I’m again willing to go there once again..

This is a wonderful place on the planet.. If you love mountains, Ladakh is a place you should not miss to visit.

I’ll be visiting Ladakh again in July or August 2007 and of course, will be happy to get a nice travel companion.

I went there 5 years ago. The first moment when I saw Taj mahal, endorsed the statement “we can divide the people of the world in two parts- one who have seen Taj Mahal and the other, who have not”
