Didn’t have the time to see it all, but saw quite a bit!!! It’s a real nice city, but bring your language translator cuz not many speak english!!!! LOL Met a couple of very friendly locals and a great looking Swedish girl!!! ;-)
over 6 years agoOkay, as far as beautiful little cities that are on my list of must sees, it’s Cashel!!! I went thru it in a bus and it was beautiful!!!! The town is just amazing and well, beautiful!!!! A castle right in the middle of town!!!!
over 6 years agoI loved Carrick On Shannon!!!! And, that is the name of it, they’ve got another city/town in the south called something On Shannon, so even though some local peple refer to it as Shannon, some do get a bit confused!! Anyhow, a great little town – the people were nice and there was laods to see and do!!! It sits right on the river Shannon and well, it’s definately worth seeing!!!!
