I lived in St Kilda on Port Phillip bay for 18mths and loved it! Melbourne is a fantastic city so much to do there and a great culture!

I spent New Years here last year and it is an amazing city! Incredible to see to swiss alps so close up. We partied the night away in an old prison they had turned into a nightclub and hotel, it as unreal!! Such a beautiful place!

I loved Amsterdam, its a really nice city with canals galore, old buildings and plenty of history and museums. If you don’t want to get involved in any of the dodgy parts of town you don’t have to and it is not forced on you at all, although it is very interesting and worth a walk or two through the red light district.

I highly recommend visiting Japan! It is an amazing country and so easy to get to every corner due to the JR rail network. The best places to check out are Kyoto and Nara for history. Nikko (a small town about 3 hrs north/west from Tokyo) is also worth checking out for its amazing temples and to get a feel for a small Japanese town. The booming hub of Tokyo is also a must see, MUST!

I have visited twice and highly recommend! It is a beautiful country with so many contrasts, mountains, rain forests, funky cities, small country towns, volcano’s, surf beaches, culture, history…what more could you want?
