I’ve been to both, Costa Rica and lived in the Dominican Republic most of my life. And in Costa Rica you’ll have more adventurous things to do such as zip lining. Now if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in paradise Island..go to DR there are also fun activities (not as active as Costa Rica) and you can find All Included Resorts for cheaper prices (good resorts)In Costa Rica you can fid cheap hotels (not all included) but are EH now the luxury ones are pretty expensive
