I spent my days as a student in Liverpool and did all of my best and worst growing up there. I have so many good memories I can’t pick just one. An amazing culture and an incredibly atmospheric city. If you get the chance to go, then do.
over 4 years agoThe castle is nice to see but expensive and can be long winded. If you aren’t that interested in seeing the castle up close then there are other places to see in Edinburgh that are just as full of history and a little lighter on the pocket! I’d recommend a walk along the royal mile – a beautiful, old and twisty part of the city with a hint of cafe culture and some interesting little hideaway things to see…
over 4 years agoI was 15 and it was on a family holiday. I’ve never forgotten it. It was one of the best summers I’ve ever had. Sadly we’ve not been able to make it back since but one day I’m going to go and dip my feet in that ocean and eat the fresh corn and crab again and never have to leave.
