there’s more to Lancaster than just the Amish. Even though they are pretty darn cool to go see.

...but changed my mind when I saw how crappy it looks.

I love making trips to Phillipsburg. There is a MARKED difference between the “culture” there and what I’m used to, living in Southern PA. I just found everything nicer and more cleaned up. And there’s cool stuff to do. Yeah.

If you like quiet getaways… Chincoteague is a great place to go (especially during the off-season). My parents have friends who let us all use the house whenever we want. Because of busy work schedules we all just choose one week and stick with it. We’ve been going in early September, and it’s great! You can still go to the beach some days, to swim or to just watch the waves. It’s awesome. Can’t wait to go in a month!
