I had a weekend to on my own in Nashville. I am not a country music fan, but when in Rome…..
It was pretty interesting. A nice bit of Americana. Worth a visit if you are a fan of country. Not too awful if a non fan is being dragged there by a fan.
over 3 years agoThe Met is a wonderful place with something for everyone. I never get bored when I am there. The Rooftop bar offers a fabulous view of Central Park.
Yes, the admission is “suggested”. My attitude is that you pay what you can afford. If I have the cash I do pay full price. It helps me feel better for the times when money was tight and I only afford to pay a dollar.
over 5 years agoIt was the 80s and I was going to school in Pittsburgh. At the time drinking age was 21 in PA but only 19 in WV. A friends boyfriend lived in Weirton. We would go there to stock up on booze.
