Zazazu

The “Doorknob of the Universe” is actually a water tower on campus that you back up against – preferably at night – and look up at. It is a bit odd to see from that angle but a water tower all the same. I’m quite sure that whoever named this the “Doorknob of the Universe” was fairly inebriated when doing so. Hmmmm…. odd that this is one of the places listed to see in Oxford, MS.

This place is adorable and – even though a bit spendy – really worth the visit. I’ve not been to anyplace cuter, quainter or cozier in Florida. Very family-oriented too with GREAT food and beach views!

Oxford is great and well worth a visit, no matter where you are. My bf from Australia just visited for the first time and loved it here. The food is absolutely out of this world! Probably some of the best in the world. Oxford also boasts being very cultural and literary and historical. Rowan Oak is here. Square Books is here. University is here. There are a host of great shoppes, restaurants, bars, galleries, cafes, etc. here to see. Definitely worth a visit. Come on down!
