We thought it would be fantastic to belly flop down the dunes..
overtired from dancing all night at the UFO Watch tower I ended up digesting 2 lbs of sand…
For every 2 steps you make you go back 1…takes along time to get to the middle of the dunes

Always hazy and you can not see as far as you would like. But you can see fault lines…

So this picture is me from Cap Rock. Neil was on Cap Rock and I was just below…Man I miss JT

they look soft, but it seems this babies jump out at you and suck you in..

This is a playground for the adult bouldering/rock climber…When you are on the ground you are emersed in the gaint granite rock piles around you. Then you get the guts to climb…and the whole world opens up…

I have been to some 20 odd National Parks and Joshua Tree will always be my fav. 100 degrees the 1st week of May. Go bouldering, rock climbing, not see people for a couple days. Camp out under the desert moon and listen to the coyotes howl.
