ah so short and sweet and absolutely beautiful. really, there is no place like it. and i visited in the summer when the sun doesn’t really go away, and one in the morning looks like five in the afternoon. how lovely is that? it’s a magical place to go when you’re in love. and the pictures you take of the place will make you nostalgic after you fall out of love.

well, i’m here, finally. sort of. but it’s so easy to feel isolated, like murakami books, except w/o the magic. winter is here. it’s cold where i am, and it’s more than just snow.
! if you like sushi, sushi is a thousand times better than anywhere else.
! if you like shopping, there’s more stuff to buy than anywhere else.

on a cruise! for five minutes! there were lots of people around who would braid your hair for a dollar a braid.
i saw a cockroach outisde and it was huge.

so that was the first time i was there, and then after that 6 more times. it’s too bad that i could only go during the summer b/c that’s when vacation time was. it’s the only season i can really recall. and much too vividly b/c all the places i visit are above boiling point.
china is a scary place. i might go back there to die.

well, yeah, every place is worth visiting because we’ve only got so much time on this earth and since civilization is slowly destroying everything, better do it now than later.
at times, esp barcelona, spain was tough. i felt so very lonely and stared at. when people did talk to me, more often than not it made me feel unsafe or laughed at.
i think my favourite places were alicante and granada.
conclusion for further traveling: speaking spanish helps.
