It’s not that I don’t recommend this place.. it’s just that I was stopping by briefly on route between Atlanta and Santa Cruz, Bolivia.. I only saw it for an hour during the middle of the night. I was sleepy and just interested in finding the bathrooms. I stopped here both on the way to, and the way back from Bolivia.

I attended OneDay ‘03 - a large Christian Missions Conference - here in Sherman, TX. It was an amazing weekend. I have never experienced the power of God as I did in this place. You could literally feel it in the air… you knew it was an annointed place. Passion was the host of the weekend - Louie Giglio’s organization. Great speaking from people such as - Beth Moore, Louie Giglio, John Piper, Kirk Cameron, as well as some missionaries. Also, great worship from Matt Redman, David Crowder band, Chris Tomlin, Charlie Hall. The first night I had to spend the night in the car with the people I traveled with due to a HUGE powerful thunderstorm. But the rest of the weekend was beautiful and inspiring.

I visited Nova Scotia on a stop during a cruise trip. My favorite place was the most unlikely of all places—a simple fishermans village in Halifax! I took great photographs and found it to be very interesting and inspiring. The rest of the places in N.S. I saw were a little less interesting.

I visited the Anne of Green gables home during a stop on a Canadian/New England cruise. The place was inspiring and beautiful, although I felt rushed due to the limited time we had on the excursion bus. I wish I could have spent more time and taken everything in slowly rather than cramming it all in a few hours time.

My family took a Canadian/New England cruise in 2005. Quebec City was my favorite stop on the trip and I definately want to go back and spend an entire week here. The architecture was extraordinary. I was able to take amazing photographs here. This was a very inspirational place for me. I haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Definately do the hike up the large hill in the city… you’ll be amazed at the view!

I’ve been to Washington d.c. twice. First time was in 3rd grade with my family. I actually saw the city on the first day and last day of our trip. The rest of the time I had chicken pox and had to stay with family friends. Not much fun, but pretty memorable nonetheless.

The second time was a few years later with my family and I actually was able to enjoy the entire trip. I especially enjoyed seeing the museums and historical monuments.

This is my #1 recommended travel place! My family took me here several times during my childhood through early adult years. It is small enough to be comfortable, yet busy enough to have plenty to see and do. Touring in downtown St. Augustine is so fun. The beaches on Crescent Beach are attractive. Every time I go there is an abundance of some kind of sea creature or seashell on the shores. At Christmastime one year there were dozens of starfish along the shore. I highly recommend taking a tour of the Mantanzas River on one of the tour boats. You can see dolphins and can see the St. Augustine lighthouse at a closer view and take gorgeous photographs. The storms at night are incredible!! Very inspirational, relaxing place to go.

This is one of my favorite places to visit. I’ve been to the aquarium several times.. gorgeous! Definately go see Ruby Falls and Rock City. The incline railway is also fun. Great place for families and friends.

My sister and I went to a VAST concert in Nashville a few years ago. There was a huge traffic jam on the way from Atlanta to TN, and we thought we’d be late.. but we were able to get to the concert venue early. We had backstage passes, so we were able to get photos with the band, hugs, autographs and meet other fans. I also caught a drumstick from Steve at the end of the show and he autographed it. Wonderful concert! When we walked outside it had started snowing - it was one of the most magical moments of my life… We were all jazzed from the show and meeting the rock stars and to walk out into a beautiful flurry of snow - well, it was marvelous.
