I stayed a few days in a hostel just off of this campo. It was my favorite place in all of Venice because there were so many locals just hanging out. Old men would sit and read and children would play this weird version of hide and seek. There are several restaurants and a fish market on saturdays. Very cool

I spent one afternoon by myself wandering the gardens. I came across a group of young Asian tourists taking a picture in front of a tree or something. I tried to offer to take a picture of the whole lot of them, but somehow ended up being in the picture myself. Random

I grew up in Tempe and it’s probably one of my all-time favorite places. It’s a very chill college town and there’s plenty to do and great restaurants (if you know where to look…)
