Its a small town in Northern California, where the local Raley’s is the hub of business and people still go to the local high school football games every friday night. Small town America on the west coast…yes, it still exists.
over 6 years agoThese 5 little fishing villages are amazing. The pictures don’t give you the same taste of the place as actually getting to go there. I wasn’t able to do the hike of all the towns but what I saw was fantastic. I loved the people who were so very helpful. It was an experience all in its own to dip my toes into the ocean and breathe in the experience that is Cinque Terre.
over 6 years agoI go camping on the lake at least once a year. There isn’t any place in the world as beautiful or easy to get to than Lake Tahoe. The water is crystal clear, direct from the snow melt off the Sierras. Its a spiritually enlightening experience to dip into the frigid waters. The people are relaxed and the setting is beautiful any time of the year.
