Cab drivers in Cebu are very polite and helpful. You can easily get around the city without fearing of being ripped off with fixed taxi meters. How I wish the cab drivers in Manila are like them?

Also, everything you want to be is within reach within 30-45 minutes whether it‘s a beach resort, mountain top, cultural places or shopping malls.
