Keet In Huis, Amsterdam

Amazing kids shop

I’ve been to Keet in Huis the last couple of times that I’ve visited amsterdam. If you are interested in beautiful kids things all in one place, you can’t miss it. They’ve got an entire floor dedicated to kids furniture, bedding and housewares and another floor dedicated to toys and clothes. It’s a beautiful and inspiring shop.

Blue Star Coffee Roasters, Twisp

Great espresso!

Being away from Seattle means not having my meticulously pulled espresso shots in the morning but we found Blue Star Coffee Roasters in Twisp and didn’t need to miss Seattle. The owner, Dan, is from Seattle and won an award for best roaster years ago when he roasted beans for Caffe Vita. Blue Star is a special little spot and worth the trip.

Paco's Tacos, Twisp

Yam Tacos!

Traveling to Twisp just for Paco’s Tacos would be worth the trip alone. The yam tacos with carmelized onions are some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. They use locally grown meats and vegetables and they’re super friendly folks.
