totally overrated

i’ve been going to Paris for years on a regular basis and have tried many tea salons/restaurants, but never Angelina. finally visited this week. least i can say is this place is totally overrated. poor service, poor menu – for instance, i wasn’t able to have a simple oeuf à la coque, stating it’s only available during week-ends (but if you choose the breakfast at 55€, it’s possible to have some obviously, how surprising!). their hot chocolate is alright, although not different from LaDurée (except there was less). only for tourists.
